Subordination Requirements
Please provide the following information:
- Customer’s name and address
- Loan account number of the loan to be subordinated
- Property address of the collateral property
- Copy of the valid mortgage commitment letter
- Copy of the title insurance commitment or property search
- Copy of the appraisal
Please note that there may be additional conditions required before the bank will agree to subordination. However, the bank is not required to subordinate its lien.
If approved, a $500 fee for the subordination is to be paid prior to delivery of the subordination agreement.
