Dental
You’ll really smile with our dental plan through Delta Dental. The plan offers a high level of coverage when you use providers in the Delta Dental network. The plan encourages good dental health by paying the full cost of preventive care benefits.
Prescription Drug Coverage
When you enroll in either of our healthcare plans, you automatically receive prescription drug coverage through the Independence Blue Cross Pharmacy Management Formulary Program.
Vision
Both of our healthcare plans include vision benefits. Coverage is also included for eyeglasses or contact lenses.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Flexible Spending Accounts are designed to help you pay for qualified medical expenses through pre-tax payroll deductions. Both a healthcare account and dependent care account are offered.
Life and AD&D Insurance
Conestoga Bank automatically provides basic life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance coverage equal to 1.5 times your annual salary (to a maximum of $300,000) at no cost to you.
Disability Benefits
Conestoga Bank pays the entire cost of both short- and long-term disability benefits to provide you with a measure of financial protection should you become unable to work as a result of an illness or injury.
401(k) Plan
Choose from an array of stock and/or bond funds with the Conestoga Bank 401(k) Plan. The plan is available to employees age 21 and over after six months of employment.
